AerX Labs
Work in a professional setting with AerX Labs
00

Over my years at AerX Labs as a product designer, I spent years studying aircrafts across general aviation, commercial, aerial firefighting and military.
I was involved in the design, production and testing of multiple simulators and components across the years.
I have experience with single engine and multi engine, having also collected flying hours in the simulators I designed. My primary concentration was primary and secondary flight controls, but I also have experience with tertiary systems and avionics along with interfaces and graphics.
The aircraft I worked with include, but are not limited to;
Cessna 172
Cessna 208
Air Tractor AT802
Zenith Aircraft CH701
Pipistrel Virus
Diamond DA42
Piper Archer
Bell 412
HAL Chetak
The clients that I delivered projects to included
NCC
HAL
Chimes Flying School
ConAir Firefighting
among others.
I am one of the few designers of the team that designed the world's first multi-aircraft aerial firefighting mission trainer. The system consisted of 5 different flight simulators flying in the same synthetic environment, reacting to the same environmental factors and training firefighting missions. My work here encompassed the structural elements, body and control systems of multiple aircraft flown by the client company during their national and international firefighting missions. I also formed the on-site recce team to collect accurate aircraft data, along with experiential studies of the pilots and engineers involved in the flying and maintenance of the airframes, a month-long process.
The work shown in this project are renders of actual products deployed, with the details and on-site images remaining protected.
